Refund policy

At Goofo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the T-shirt must be:

Unworn and unused

Unwashed

Free from stains, damage, perfume, or other marks

In its original condition and packaging

Accompanied by the original order details

2. Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, you can request a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

The replacement item must be the same product and design. If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number

Clear photos/videos of the product

A brief description of the issue

After verification, Goofo may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for products that are:

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Stained or showing signs of use

Missing original packaging or tags

Returned after the applicable return period

5. Return Shipping

For wrong, damaged, or defective products, Goofo will cover the applicable return/replacement shipping costs.

For size or preference-based exchanges, return shipping charges may apply.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact Goofo through our customer support channel with your order number and reason for the request.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

8. Important Note

Goofo reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
